As Principal of her own company, Jan Gilmore & , she and her team serve Corporate Clients who are looking for wise counsel and Dynamic Speakers/Trainers to motivate their Consultants into action.
Jan Gilmore has over 40 years experience in Direct Selling She has sold, recruited, trained and developed managers in Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada, both in the sales field and in the corporate setting.
Her includes stints in the sales field, in Australia, and as USA Group President of the parent company of her first sales venture: to Executive Vice president of one of the most successful party plan companies in the U.S.A., through its fastest growth stage. She was also in charge of the very successful launch of that company into the Canadian Market.
Jan and her firm specialize in the home party plan selling system: testing the party concept, developing customized scripts and training materials for the to use. Also, as part of their service they can provide an interim training and coaching Specialist for the initial stages of development. Jan serves as a Strategic Consultant to corporate clients, guiding them on how to manage and motivate for best results.
